Trim Buyer Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating Components in PLM & ERP System
  • Sampling process, Proto type to Production-ready Order Trim
  • Purchase order planning
  • Souring and communication with domestic and international suppliers
  • WIP Reports, Approvals, lab dips, etc.
  • Maintaining Trim libraries
  • Generating sales orders, invoices, packing slips, etc.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of AA degree in Product development, fashion design, or related fields
  • Must be organized and work well in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Sampling process, Proto type to Production-ready Order Fabric
  • Purchase order planning
  • Souring and purchasing Trim
  • WIP Reports, Approvals, lab dips, etc.
  • Maintaining Garment, Fabric, Trim libraries
  • Generating sales orders, invoices, packing slips, etc.
