What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Everything we manufacture is made-to-order. The minimum amount of fabric per color is one dye lot. The fabric can be divided among few styles but it must be fully consumed. The MOQ typically translates to 1000 to 1500 units per style.
Do you do cut & sew only?
Generally, we don’t. To ensure quality and on-time delivery, we make or source the fabric.
What is your turnaround time?
Typically 10-14 weeks. We can build as short as 3-4 weeks turn times for special projects
What categories do you specialize in?
While technically we can make any sewn product, we specialize in Sportswear, Active wear, Intimate wear, Lounge wear, Knit dresses, T-shirts, and some accessories such as Tote bags, headbands, beanies, etc.
Can you send us garment/fabric samples?
Once we confirm we can take on your project, we prepare and send samples specific to your project.
Do you charge for product development or samples?
Yes. We quote a flat fee per style.
Do you do printing?
Yes, we have an in-house garment printing operation.
What is the cost of printing?
Printing cost per unit for most graphics typically ranges between $1.00 to $3.00 plus Setup Charges. We can quote exact price once we have your artwork.
I would like to setup a meeting and visit the factory?
We would gladly setup an appointment for meeting and factory tour, but first we want to make sure there is the possibility of taking on a new project.
